What happens when you contact us
You can contact the controller by phone, WhatsApp or email, or send a request through this website's form. This policy covers the data you provide through those channels to handle your enquiry or request.
When you submit the form, the data is sent to MotoPack Valencia through Resend so the request can be delivered to the operational mailbox designated by the controller. Before sending, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a technical anti-abuse check. The website does not create a database of requests: the message is received by email. We do not use this data for newsletters or advertising.
What data we need
Depending on the channel and your enquiry, we may receive your name, company if you choose to provide it, phone number or email address, and message contents. Only provide the information needed to understand your request and a way to reply; without it, we may be unable to help.
We do not need passwords, bank details, identity documents or sensitive information for an initial enquiry. Avoid including other people's data unless it is necessary. To limit form abuse, the website may retain for no more than ten minutes a hashed technical identifier derived from the IP address; it is not included in the request email.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to handle enquiries and requests and, when you ask us to assess or prepare a service for you, take the steps you request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). This basis applies where those steps are necessary for a potential contract with you.
For general enquiries unrelated to a potential contract with you, the basis is the controller's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact MotoPack Valencia (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to that response and taking account of your rights and expectations. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
If you accept the analytics category, Google Analytics measures page visits and use of the request service, WhatsApp, call and email buttons so that website use can be understood in aggregate. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
The current channels are not used to send you newsletters or advertising. MotoPack Valencia does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling through these enquiry flows.
How long data is kept
For enquiries that do not lead to a service being contracted, including those sent through the web form, the planned retention period is 12 months from the last interaction.
The data-retention setting for the Google Analytics property must be verified in the owner's account; the repository cannot confirm that period. The cookie policy separately states the default lifetime Google documents for its cookies, which is not necessarily the same as retention of data in its systems.
If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, a legal obligation or the need to address liabilities, the necessary data will be kept for the period applicable to that purpose, with access restricted where appropriate. The 12-month period for enquiries without a contract does not automatically apply in those cases. Data will be deleted when no longer needed, unless retention or restricted preservation is legally required.
Who receives data and external channels
The controller receives data to handle the request. Providers needed to operate your chosen channel, such as telephone, email or messaging services, are also involved. Data may be disclosed to public authorities or bodies where legally required.
The public email address info@motopackvalencia.com is managed through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to the operational Gmail (Google) mailbox. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a technical anti-abuse measure and Resend to deliver the request by email. The WhatsApp link opens that external service and, when you consent, Google provides Google Analytics. You can consult the privacy policies of Cloudflare, Resend, Google and WhatsApp for the European Economic Area.
Using these services, including Google Analytics, may involve data processing outside the European Economic Area. The specific entities, locations and safeguards depend on the account and service used and must be verified with the owner and provider; general policies alone do not establish the applicable setup. You can ask the controller for more information using the email address above.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and object to processing in the circumstances provided by law. You can also request portability where applicable. If specific processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@motopackvalencia.com or the controller's postal address above. Explain which right you wish to exercise and provide a way to reply. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested if there are reasonable doubts; you do not need to send a copy of your identity document by default.
Requests will generally be addressed within one month of receipt. If their complexity or the number of requests requires an extension of up to two further months, you will be told within the first month about the extension and its reasons.
If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). See how to exercise your rights and how to lodge a complaint with the AEPD (information in Spanish).
Cookies and analytics
This website uses necessary cookies to remember your language and cookie choice. Google Analytics loads only after you accept the analytics category. The integration sends paths without query strings or fragments and interaction categories, but Google may also process online identifiers and technical connection data to provide measurement; form fields, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are not intentionally sent.
You can reject or withdraw analytics through the cookie policy. On withdrawal, the website communicates denial, disables new events and attempts to expire Google Analytics cookies accessible to the browser. This does not erase data already sent to Google or guarantee removal of cookies beyond the website's reach.
Changes to this information
This policy describes the current channels, including the form. Before new purposes, providers or tools are added, the relevant information will be updated. Contracting a service may require additional information about the data needed to deliver it.
